It is obtained by cold pressing hemp seeds. Oil is a good source of amino acids, proteins, fiber and essential fatty acids, as well as a high percentage of linoleic acid and linolenic acid. These acids have anti-inflammatory properties and are a building block of cell membranes. Hemp offers a naturally balanced ratio of Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids in a ratio of 1: 3. They are responsible for strengthening the immune system. Hemp seed contains all 10 essential amino acids. There are 8 amino acids that the human body cannot make and 2 more that the body cannot make in sufficient quantities.
