DESCRIPTION AND USES
The oil is produced by cold pressing the seeds of the milk thistle plant. It is a rich natural source of vitamins (A, D, E, F, etc.), minerals and trace elements (copper, zinc, selenium, iodine, boron, etc.).
Cold pressed milk thistle seed oil is a rich source of antioxidants and flavonolignans, better known as silymarin, which makes the oil an excellent and natural remedy for various diseases. Silymarin is a powerful antioxidant that protects liver cells from harmful substances formed during smoking, alcohol abuse and from foods rich in fat. Maintains and protects the liver from toxins and medications. It also prevents bladder problems.
As a dietary supplement, the oil is used in:

Hair: Milk thistle oil has a strong moisturizing effect on the hair and scalp. Soothes and hydrates dry, flaky and irritated scalp. The rich content of natural vitamin E in the oil protects the hair from UV rays and pollutants. Gives a beautiful shine to the hair.
Use: as a mask – with a light massage rub the oil on the roots / scalp / ends of the hair for 10-15 minutes before washing the hair with shampoo;
Additive to shampoo and / or conditioner: mix 3-4 drops of oil with shampoo, apply on hair and wash off with water;
On wet hair, apply a small amount of oil along the length of the hair.
